What unicode codepoints do these characters represent?

I see no indicastion (from https://github.com/tonsky/FiraCode) that
fireacode contains extra characters, from the description it seems to only
use ligatures (but your characters do not seem to be ligatures). Ligatures
might or might not work properly in rxvt-unicode, depending on whether the
font is fixed width or not - most "monospace" fonts are not fixed width,
despite the name.

It seems your rxvt-unicode distribution lacks files - where did you
download it from?
