For a vROps candiate: When searching for a vROps resource we will need them to be fluent in custom dashboard creation, understanding of using extensibility adapters for things such as storage and application specific adapters for Sql and Oracle. A general understanding of Hyperic and how it can be used to monitor operating system metrics and port that data into custom dashboards. Also have a good knowledge base of a distributed vROps 6.1 implementation.
