I have a Ruby on Rails project that is the core of a start-up I am working on. I am looking for a talented developer who can come in as a founder. Much of the core solution has been designed and coded but much remains to be done including: 1. help complete the last phase of developoment 2. suggest, design and implement new features 3. work with the new feature list already in que 4. manage overseas RoR developers 5. manage developer in the US
Must be willing to work for equity and perhaps a small amount of cash initially until further rounds of funding have been completed. West Coast resident is preferred. Silicon Valley even better.
