After updating to rubygems 1.3 I started getting these warnings when
running "rake gems:update" :
WARNING: Installing to ~/.gem since /Library/Ruby/Gems/1.8 and
/usr/bin aren't both writable.
WARNING: You don't have /Users/myhome/.gem/ruby/1.8/bin in your PATH,
gem executables will not run.
It looks like the gems unpack fine but I found this weird.
Mac OS X 10.5.5
gem 1.3.0
