Hi All, I want to submit one small fix to postgresql_adapter.rb file in activerecord, I have also created ticket(with patch file)<https://rails.lighthouseapp.com/projects/8994/tickets/6046-improper-quoting-of-composite-primary-key-in-postgresql_adapterrb-quote_column_name>for the same on lighthouse. But I am not sure how can we add tag to the ticket and whom to ask for review.
I have never contributed to rails before, so have no experience of what else I need to submit apart from the patch file. Can anybody please help me out ?
