The routing convention for the OpenID plugin blocks access to "put" and "delete" methods of the session controller. It causes some crazy routing mix up and ends up at the create action instead of the delete action. What is really strange about the log, is that, the actual method is "get". Maybe this is an issue with the javascript builder when ":method => :delete" is called. Can someone please verify this issue. I also submitted a ticket, but I'd thought I raise some awareness in the mailing list.
