Hi, The rotation axis in ITK is the Y axis. Yes, it does not matter if the size in not the same in every direction. You need to use the Cuda version of the package, itk-rtk-cuda116, see INSTALLATION.md <https://github.com/SimonRit/RTK/blob/master/INSTALLATION.md>. Simon
