Hi, First, you don't need itk-rtk if you use itk-rtk-cuda116. The first one is the CPU version of the package, the second the GPU Version. Maybe that's the reason of the error? If not, I'm not familiar with pyinstaller. Can you explkain how I can reproduce the error since you say "it works" when you don't use it? Simon
