Dear bfd WG: The spring WG is moving towards a WGLC of this document: "Bidirectional Forwarding Detection (BFD) in Segment Routing Networks Using MPLS Dataplane". From the Abstract:
This document defines how to use Label Switched Path (LSP) Ping to bootstrap a BFD session, optional control of the selection of a segment list as the reverse direction of the BFD session, applicability of BFD Demand mode, and Seamless BFD in the SR-MPLS domain. Also, the document describes the use of the BFD Echo function with the BFD Control packet payload.
