I finally got to this email. Would you know of any FAQ that explains the
steps to add an extension?



I have an /rt/local/plugin directory ; Don’t know what to do from there.

In the UI of resolving and updating tickets, on the right hand side you get
a

little box titled Ticket and Transaction with the following options:



Update Type;

Status;

Owner;

Worked.



Is it possible to expand this box and have extra updated options in

there such as ‘Queue’?
