I didn't run! I've forgot about them! Today I did a lot of test and its works fine! To extract to ticket, ok! Nice..:) Is there a way to extract field values from mail and record this on Users custom fileds? I have customer information to record on User Custom Field! I have on my Queue "Ticket Custom Fields" or "Transaction Custom Fields", ok! I'd like to extract from mail to Users (Organization, Address1, City, Phone....and them) Thanks Marcelo Calado.
