Admin -> Global -> Scrips Look at a scrip you are expecting to fire and note the template. Then go to: Admin -> Global -> Templates and see if is an HTML template. Its contents will have: Content-Type: text/html in the header portion. Note that if a scrip fires for a given queue and you have a queue templates with the same name as a global template, the queue template will override the global templates for the referenced scrip. -m
