This Scrip "On Create Autoreply To Requestors" send the first one about the ticket creation (have ticket nr.) maybe you have another Scrip. Look at Scrips with condition "On Create". Check if the second mail isn't any Cc or Bcc your mail client is redirecting or sending. Att.
