[rt-users] Default refresh time in RT 4.0.1

How do I set the default refresh time in RT 4.0.1?

In RT 3.8.7 I just put this in html/Elements/Login under <form>: 
<input type=hidden Name=HomeRefreshInterval Value=120>

for 2 minutes refresh time as default.

This doesn't work in RT 4.0.1. Any solutions? It is very important to me!
