since I am not able to activate the Extension "QueueWizard" for RT4.0 - is there any other idea to clone a queue ? Maybe directly via SQL ? Reason is that I need to create some queues with similar settings (only to divide between products) and I don't want to click every detail in webinterface - I prefer command lines J Cheers - Michael
