I was a bit fast, stating my compile of libestr was successful.
It kind of was but it is not providing the same ‘provides’ information as
0.1.10 did.
Any ideas how that could happen?
Provides from version 0.1.10

Trying to install rsyslog with libestr 0.1.11 it is failing on the
libestr.a(libestr.so.0) dependency
error: Failed dependencies:
libestr.a(libestr.so.0) is needed by rsyslog-8.2310.0-1.ppc
