The only entries for this sid that can be found in the registry are all in
group policy keys like:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Group
Policy\GroupMembership]
"Group0"="S-1-5-21-3080689651-386630603-1536007245-513"
The source permissions for that file are:
Everyone with full control
My rsync options are: -v -rltp -z -P -h
but I tried -a | or -rlt (instead of the -rltp) as well but the results for
this "None" entry didn't change.

1) Was it a FAT32 (can't store groups, so no chance)
2) in cygwin shell, what is your group? Betcha it's "None"...
