Wayne, Do you think an earlier version might be missing this bug? There's really not anything fancy about the directories I'm syncing- no links, no multi-byte char filenames, I don't care about permissions, etc., just timestamps, names and contents. I guess the only thing out of the ordinary is that they are big, about 30GB and 200,000 files.
