A question about connection refused

I install rsync in computer and run it as a daemon successfully, but when I run rsync command on another end to connect it. There is a error.

The output is : opening tcp connection to 192.168.0.43 port 873 rsync: failed to connect to 192.168.0.43: Connection refused _exit_cleanup(code=10, file=clientserver.c, line=93): entered rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(93) _exit_cleanup(code=10, file=clientserver.c, line=93): about to call exit(10)

I use "netstat -an|grep 873" and "ps -aux|grep rsync" and I am sure that the rsyncd has run successfully. The version is both 2.6.2.

The rsync command is " rsync -aH -vvvvv [EMAIL PROTECTED]::system/usr/local/drc-1.0 /home/ "

          What's the reason for this error?? Thanks!
