I have a defunct process (13130) that won't respond to kill -9. It's parent
(13127) appears to be an old script running rsh. I have a few questions on
this.

1. Is it a potential security risk (beyond the fact that it's not a secure
shell) to have an rsh process open for that long?
2. How dangerous is it to delete the /proc/13130 directory? I'd like to
avoid a reboot if possible.
3. Will the defunct process resolve itself it I can kill it's parent 13127?

Thanks,
Dave
