I'm finding curl's [http://curl.sourceforge.net/] --interface option useful. It lets you specify which network interface to use. It's handy if you have a slow interface and a fast one, and you want to force traffic over the fast one. I'm running an older version of AIX that doesn't make it convenient to change the default interface, and doesn't load-balance over adapters. Does anyone else think that it would be a useful addition to rsync too? Thanks.
