Related to this: (but NOT in dryrun mode!) If verbose(>0) rsync reports the filename that is transfered. Is it intentional that rsync doesn't report the filename when the metadata is changed?
How about reporting something like: dir/filename: permissions changed dir/filename: owner changed dir/filename: group changed That way it can also be made more consistent between normal and dryrun mode. Please let me know so that I can take it into account into my patch.
