Rsync and NT

Does anyone know the command to RSYNC from an NT to
another NT machine? 
I am having problem with my command
rsync -Cavuzb D:\localmachine rsyncserver::test

I get the error at D: when the rsync thinks it's a
server name.

Any suggestions would be great.
