Logging on NT

Has anyone ever goten the NT version to log ??  Here are my options in my 
rsyncd.conf file.  I can talk to the module, so I know the conf file is 
good.

D:\Utils\rsync>type rsyncd.conf
use chroot = false
strict modes = false
host allow = *
log file = D:\Utils\Rsync\Rsync.log

[module_name]
path = d:\
read only = yes
list = no
