Rsync Newbe

I am attempting to mirror a site with Rsync but was wondering if there are any samples of the rsyncd.conf file out there.   I have rsync installed onto the server which I would like to pull the website to.  Both servers require authorization.  Any Help would be GREATLY appreciated.   Thanks
