Hi All! One of the applications I'm working with talks to rrdcached via tcp. But, the amount of required iops is starting to exceed what the machine can handle.
As there's already a tcp link between the application and rrdcached, it feels like it would be an interesting place to put some kind of horizontal sharding layer. Has anyone done this?
