Thank you all for your time, really appreciated you cooperation, let me clarify
my need:
The machine i am trying to install rrdtool on it, is not mine, it belong to my
company, so i cannot install another OS on it, or change any configuration.I
want to manually install the tool, and i have already downloaded the package,
what i want to know is:
- How to identify the dependencies needed for this installation?- Once
identified, from where can i manually download them?
Hope i was clear now.
Please if someone can help me this way, i will be thankful.
BR.

div.yiv1430707312WordSection1 {}#yiv1430707312 You are using RHEL6, but
apparently you do not have access to a repository of packages and so this is
failing.  Your error messages are showing that the system cannot download or
obtain the required packages.  You need to either have your DVD of packages
mounted, or (preferably) have an active subscription with RHN (and an Internet
connection) to pull the latest packages and patches from the Internet.  If you
do not have a RHN subscription (which costs $) then I suggest you instead
install CentOS which is free and functionally identical to RHEL.
