This is certainly my fall-back plan (well, on a real machine, not virtual), but I was hoping for something cleaner, involving just the web site host machine. Doing it this way with a separate Linux machine seems less reliable with a second machine in the picture, plus seems wasteful on bandwidth to be regenerating all .png images every minute or 5 minutes, and uploading to the web server, even when nobody may be browsing to them. Not sure this would actually hit any of my bandwidth limits but I would rather find a different approach if one exists. Others? Cheers.
