Hello Maxxxim, In the ppd you could see the needed ARCHITECTURE and Codebase. As the line ARCHITECTURE NAME="MSWin32-x86-multi-thread-5.14" suggests, it is made for an *32 Bit Perl in Version 5.14 *. The next line CODEBASE HREF="./RRDs_1.4.7_incl_dlls.tar.gz" tells where the needed archive is located. In this case the file RRDs_1.4.7_incl_dlls.tar.gz must be in the same directory.
