I think everyone needs to step back.

Imran offered up the script for a fee. I'm guessing the script doesn't do
someone much good without RRDTool. If you people want to pay for a script,
fine.
The script is not being distributed with RRDTool, so there's not much to GPL.

There are lots of "proprietary" things that depend on RRDTool, or even MRTG for
that matter. I'm sure people have heard of Somix on this list. They don't
sell
RRDTool, but I bet they sell all kinds of other software that depends on
RRDTool,
and it doesn't get GPL'd either.

I recall that in one of the beta releases of RRDTool, there was talk of support
for some kind of "95th percentile" functionality. When that gets rolled into
the
main bit of code, this script will be all but useless.

Imran - you need to remember that not everyone speaks or writes English
well on this list. I think Faisal is from one of those non-English speaking
countries.

Faisal,

Maybe you didn't read my post, its got nothing to do with GPL software,
the fact of my point was I payed for this dude to make this script, and
I just want to cover my costs.

On another note its not a creepy script, major webhosts around the world
would want this script, as it helps them like no-one business.

So keep you stupid remarks to yourself.
Its French fries not franch fries.

Imran
