Hi, I'm an happy user of rpy2 and ipython and its notebook interface as well. i was interested in reproducing your bug (and start to have a look at ggplot2 that seems really good) i've the same problem with the X label
a note, trying to rerun the code i got a segfault (python kernel dead) when i try to run the line : from rpy2.robjects.lib import ggplot2 in order to rerun the plot i need to restart the kernel thanks, Massimo.
