The effort would be commensurate with: - how truly "windows build-able" the current code base is. I can't tell, since I am applying patches for win32-related features when they are making sense from reading them, and they are not breaking things for POSIX-like systems.
- how confortable a given person is with: * having a development environment for R and C compiling with Windows (mingw). * having a development for build Python packages with C extensions with Windows. Create a fork of the bitbucket repository and see how it goes...
