Hello everyone,

Today I bring a very technical question about rpy2. My problem is that I
normally run my applications in a cluster where I don't have sudo
privileges. Nevertheless I do have permissions for a folder that it is
available from the nodes. My problem is that if I install R in this folder
with the shlibs, some of the bits will be linked to /usr/local/libs or
something like that that is not available from the nodes. Meaning that I
can't run R on the nodes.

Is there anyway to install rpy2 without the shlibs or at least to install R
in a different way? Or any other suggestion?

Thanks in advance,
Bruno
