Hi, I'm not sure exactly what's changed since rpy2 was working. Quite possibly both the python and the R versions have changed. Yes I've tried re-installing rpy2, both via easy_install and by downloading the latest version and running python setup.py install.
The version of R I'm using could be the culprit: R version 2.10.1 Patched (2010-01-25 r51042) which is a very recent 64-bit version of R, needed for some mircoarray processing. Does this provide any clues?
