I am trying to use barplot but everytime I try to pass a list as an argument I get the following error:
>>> barplot([1]) Traceback (most recent call last): File "<console>", line 1, in <module> File "C:\Python26\lib\site-packages\rpy2\robjects\__init__.py", line 423, in __call__ res = super(RFunction, self).__call__(*new_args, **new_kwargs) RRuntimeError: Error in -0.01 * height : non-numeric argument to binary operator
Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? I tried the function directly in R and it is working.
