Trying to compile rpy2-2.0.6 using "python setup.py build"

CHANGE
In rinterface.c, (i) added #undef RIF_HAS_RSIGHAND on line 472. (ii) commented
out lines 478 and 485.

Tried to comment out data_files, set it to data_files = []. None of them work.
QUESTIONS
1. Should problem 1 be handled differently?
2. How should I handle problem 2?
