Hi,

Thanks to bank holidays I had a bit of time to spend on the development
rpy2.

The default branch on bitbucket contains is currently the one for 2.1.x,
and is having a number of API-breaking changes and new features, mostly
in rpy2.robjects.

Among the new features (that are already working):
- a more intuitive interface to R-style indexing ("[" *and* "[[") from
the rpy2.robjects layer, making for example work with R data.frames and
matrix easier
- more documentation (sample it at
http://rpy.sourceforge.net/rpy2/doc-dev/html/index.html )
- more callbacks (like to list files, or select files)
- the ability to rebind the underlying R object to an
rpy2.rinterface.Sexp

That's much work-in-progress (pre-alpha) but having people trying to
break it now can make it less brittle later.
