Hello,

I wrote a small code but it failed because of this command:

income_density=r.density(data_dict['Income'])

The error is:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "C:\Documents and Settings\rbilinafalafala\Desktop\Steve's\test1.py",
line 18, in <module>
    income_density=r.density(data_dict['Income'])
  File "C:\Python25\lib\site-packages\rpy2\robjects\__init__.py", line 422, in
__call__
    res = super(RFunction, self).__call__(*new_args, **new_kwargs)
RRuntimeError: Error in density.default(list(4.52, 2.42, 4.5, 2.54, 9.79, 2.5,
3.96,  :
  argument 'x' must be numeric

I looked up on internet if someone else has already got such an error.  I found
this site
http://code.env.duke.edu/projects/mget/report/9?format=tab&USER=anonymous&MILESTONE=0.7 which
 give failures happening in R or Rpy (I assume). On this link, I read the
following defect:
Density Histogram for Field tool fails when table is empty, reporting
RPy_RException: Error in density.default(d[[densityField]], na.rm = TRUE) :
argument 'x' must be numeric Tools - Statistics 1210193141

Does that mean that r.robjects.density() does not work properly?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Roseline
