Where I used the windows installer to install the packages. This always worked fine In an attempt to stay 'up to date' I am trying to use rpy in combination with python 2.5 and numpy on Windows XP. I tried to build the package but I get the following messages: D:\rpy-1.0-RC3>c:\python25\python setup.py build -c cygwin RHOMES= [] Setting RHOMES to [u'C:\\Program Files\\R\\R-2.3.1', u'C:\\Program
