You could try installing Numeric for Python 2.5 for Windows from here, courtesy of Biopython: http://biopython.org/DIST/Numeric-24.2.win32-py2.5.exe This is a pragmatic short term solution - keep in mind that Numeric is no longer supported as the developers have moved over to numpy entirely.
