Hello, I trying to use R from zope / plone server using rpy interface with python script on the zope server.
Some errors occurred: when ZOPE is the R user some variables (RHOME,...) required are not founded by rpy interface. I started on windows. There was a blocquing problem with R_USER variable. On windows by commenting lines 120 and 121 on rpy-tools script, I could utilize the rpy from zope. On Debian, I could not get proper error message from the server. I tried to comment lines 122 and 123 or to assign an arbitrary R_USER value on the rpy-tools script but it doesn't work… Do somebody as an idea to fix the problem ?
