I confess I have not tried the latest rpy and in fact still run Python 2,3 on my Windows laptop. That said, I never found producing graphics directly very reliable on Windows. I always went straight to pdf/png instead: r.png("example.png", width=400, height=350) r.plot(...) r.dev_off() This may not be ideal, but I found it very reliable.
