plasma-workspace-x11
(in the updates repo but NOT supported by the Fedora KDE SIG)
is supported by Kevin Kofler and me
We fight a lot to keep kde-x11 for example see:
https://pagure.io/Fedora-Council/tickets/issue/481
and selecting "DesktopSession: Plasma (X11)" in the login screen, has
apparently restored this system to a usable state. At present
password
entry still has a sluggish keyboard.

I had unexpected freezes with the single-boot nouveau system and now
have both boxes running 470.239.06, under x11 with a big kf6 update today.
I can sympathise with the desire to move away from a mix of x11 and
wayland, but still prefer a usable system to a doctrinally pure but
inoperable relic.
