I was quite close to squashing + merging but, toying around with this on my
local system a bit reveals a nasty bug:
if ~/.rpmmacros migration succeeds but ~/.rpmrc fails, the macros file is
*lost* entirely: ~/.config/rpm is nuked, and ~/.rpmmacros is only a broken
symlink.
An easy way to force the above scenario is 'chattr +i ~/.rpmmrc'.
