Oh, I totally forgot having said that about the header digest. Fair enough
:smile:
rpm-sequoia <= 1.8.0 doesn't (fully) support SHA3, at least for
rpmDigestLength() it doesn't. Haven't tested otherwise, but it's an okay point
to actually test it now...
I merged the build process commit manually, thanks for that. I might be able to
use the header SHA3 thing too, so I'll leave this open for a bit more.
As for the payload digest, I commented in the ticket itself:

It's a fine example of what a minefield rpm is, and hopefully you can see why
it took me a long time to respond.
