Yep, we basically have two major *modes* (install/remove and query/verify),
each of which has a bunch of *operations*. The subsections represent those two
major modes + a misc set of operations.
Not splitting by those modes would indeed make it a bit less obvious. But I
agree it's a bit too hysterical, to have these subsections. Maybe it could be
helped by shortening the "Installing, upgrading, reinstalling and removing
packages" one to "Transactions" or something? But then, that's not very
self-explanatory to somebody opening the man page for the first time, not
knowing what "RPM transaction" means...
Anyway, it's good now, we can always tweak this in the future :smile:
