`rpm` has three (four?) options to show various types of scriptlets:
`--filetriggers`, `--scripts`, `--triggers`, `--triggerscripts` (?). Please add
a single switch to show all "things in the installed system".
As a packager, I often want to see all the things that the package "does"
before/at/after install. It's easy to forget on type of scriptlets, and also
it's a lot of typing to use all the options.
