Probably yeah, but I kinda intentionally left it out because for most rpm
commands it'd be repeating the huge rpmrc + macro configuration section from
rpm(8). I see at least rpmbuild FILES section just referring to "See rpm(8)"
but that's not terribly helpful. Maybe we should split that stuff into
rpm-config(7) so it can be easily referenced from anywhere?
