Hmm? rpmInstallSourcePackage() is the route through which any source rpm is
"installed" and ends up calling the fsm hooks. So if you swap the ts->plugins
for an empty set during that, it should achieve this thing we're trying to do
here :sweat_smile: But, it does feel kinda dirty.
