No objections as such but...
Note that in rpm.org HEAD, what used to be "apidocs" has been renamed to
"hackingdocs" as it's really more like annotated sourcecode than "API
documentation". So your patch just disables the librpm (actual API
documentation as it only covers public headers) doc from building at all,
you'll need to add a bit of logic to configure.ac too for the desired
effect.
